April 25, 2015…The day the vineyard officially started!

The Vignoles vines were the first vines planted at Twisted Trail Winery in April of 2015.
Vignoles, a white grape, is an adaptable grape that can produce wines that are comparable to wines produced in the Rhine Valley in Germany. Vignoles is similar to Riesling in many ways, with viticulturally and in the wines that it produces. It can be made into simple semi-dry country wines, or as very complex, sweet, late harvest wines.
